甲方：浙江越秀外国语学院

为探索创新人才培养的新机制，更好地培养学生的实践能力，密切校企合作，促进产学研相结合，全面提高人才培养质量，甲、乙双方本着“互相尊重、互利互惠、资源共享和共同发展”的原则，共同建设好专业实习实训基地，达成如下协议：

一、甲方的权利与义务

1.甲方根据人才培养方案和教学大纲要求，结合乙方实习实训条件，确定实习实训指导书和实习实训计划等教学文件，提前送交乙方，双方商定后共同执行；

2.发挥甲方的资源优势，优先为乙方提供科研合作、人员培训、业务咨询等指导，优先向乙方推荐优秀毕业生；

3.甲方可对乙方人员进行荣誉聘用，被荣誉聘用人员可应邀到学校作专题讲座或讲课；

4.实习实训期间，甲方带队教师和实习实训学生应严格执行乙方的各项规章制度，并积极承担乙方安排的实习实训任务，讲求效率、保证质量；

5.实习实训期间甲方派出责任心强、有实践经验的教师担任实习实训带队教师，根据学校实习实训相关政策，负责学生在实习实训期间各方面的教育和日常管理，并作为甲方联络员负责与乙方沟通、协调和交换信息。

二、乙方的权利与义务

1.乙方是甲方签约的校外实习实训基地，双方共同参与基地建设和学生的实习实训指导工作；

2.在不影响正常工作的情况下，定期或不定期地为甲方提供实习实训保障和岗位，协助甲方完成实习实训教学任务；

3.根据甲方提供的实习实训指导书和实习实训计划，合理安排相应的实习实训工作，选派有较丰富工作经验的人员作为基地实习指导教师承担实习实训指导任务，并作为乙方联络员在实习实训期间负责与甲方沟通、协调和交换信息；

4.优先考虑实习场所条件，确保师生实习安全。

5.实习实训结束后按规定对学生进行考核，并做出实习实训的鉴定意见；

6.乙方有责任向甲方学生提前告知必要的相关国家法规、行业规定以及乙方实习实训管理的相关规章制度，协同甲方做好实习实训前培训教育工作。

三、甲乙双方本着互谅互让的原则和精神，协商解决实习实训过程中的相关问题。

四、为加强协作，甲乙双方定期互通信息，总结交流经验，确保基地长期健康发展。

五、其他

1.本协议一式四份，甲方执三份，乙方执一份，具有相同效力；

2.本协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期四年。有效期满后，若甲乙双方均无异议，本协议自动顺延；

3.如一方遇特殊情况需提前终止协议时，应提前一个月通知对方，经双方商妥后执行；

4.未尽事宜，由甲乙双方协商解决。

In order to explore the new mechanism of innovative talent training, better cultivate students' practical ability, promoteuniversity-enterprise cooperation and combination of industry-university-research, and improve the quality of talent training, Party A and Party B, based on the principle of "mutual respect, mutual benefit, resource sharing and common development", will jointly build a good professional internship training base and reach the following agreement.

1. Rights and obligations of Party A

1) Party A, according to the personnel training program and syllabus requirements, combined with Party B internship training conditions, determine the internship training guide and internship training plan and other teaching documents, sent to Party B in advance, the two sides agreed to jointly implement.

2) Party A will take advantage of its own resources to provide Party B with guidance on scientific research cooperation, personnel training, business consultation, and recommend excellent graduates to Party B on a priority basis.

3) Party A may employ Party B personnel, and the employed personnel may be invited to give special lectures or lectures at Party A.

4) During the internship training period, the teachers and students of Party A shall strictly implement the rules and regulations of Party B and actively undertake the internship training tasks arranged by Party B, with the aim of efficiency and quality assurance.

5) During the internship training, Party A shall send teachers with strong responsibility and practical experience to serve as the lead teachers of internship training, and shall be responsible for the education and daily management of students in all aspects during the internship training according to the relevant policies of Party A, and shall be responsible for communication, coordination and exchange of information with Party B as Party A's contact person.

2. the rights and obligations of Party B

1) Party B is the off-campus internship training base contracted by Party A. Both parties shall jointly participate in the construction of the base and the internship training guidance work of students.

2) Without affecting the daily work, Party B will provide Party A with internship training security and positions on a regular or irregular basis to assist Party A in completing internship training teaching tasks.

3) According to the internship training guide and internship training plan provided by Party A, Party B should reasonably arrange the corresponding internship training work, select personnel with richer work experience as the base internship instructor to undertake the task of internship training guidance, and be responsible for communication, coordination and exchange of information with Party A during the internship training as Party B's liaison.

4) Party B should give priority to the conditions of the internship site to ensure the safety of teachers and students in internship.

5) Party B shall assess the students after the internship practical training according to the regulations and provide the appraisal of the internship practical training.

6) Party B has the responsibility to inform Party A's students of the necessary relevant national laws and regulations, industry regulations and relevant rules and regulations of Party B's internship management in advance, and cooperate with Party A to do a good job of training and education before internship.

3. Party A and Party B, in the principle and spirit of mutual understanding and accommodation, negotiate to solve the relevant problems in the process of practical training.

4.In order to strengthen collaboration, both sides should regularly exchange information and summarize and exchange experience to ensure the long-term healthy development of the base.

5. Other issues

1) This Agreement is made in quadruplicate, with Party a holding three copies and Party B holding one copy, with the same effect;

2) This agreement shall take effect from the date of signature and seal of both parties and shall be valid for four years. After the expiration of the validity period, if both parties have no objection, this agreement will be automatically extended.

3) If one party needs to terminate the Agreement in advance in case of special circumstances, it shall notify the other party one month in advance and implement it after negotiation between both parties;

4) Any unfinished matters shall be resolved by mutual agreement between Party A and B.
