Letter of Commitment for Integrity of College Foreign Language Examination  in Zhejiang Province

 本人自愿参加大学外语考试（包括大学外语四六级、省三级和高校英语应用能力AB级考试），现郑重承诺：

　　一、本人坚决遵守大学外语考试有关报名规定，不弄虚作假，不伪造、使用假证明、假证书。如有违反，自愿按规定接受处理。

　　二、本人报名时所提供的个人信息是真实、准确、完整的，如因个人信息错误、失真、缺失造成不良后果，责任由本人承担。

　　三、本人坚决服从考场工作人员和监考教师管理,自觉遵守考试纪律，考试诚实守信，不违规，不作弊。

 四、本人已阅读并且透彻地理解了大学外语考试的有关规定和纪律要求，愿意在考试中自觉遵守这些规定，保证按规定的程序和要求参加考试，如有违反，自愿按《国家教育考试违规处理办法》有关条款接受处理。

 以下考生同意上述要求，并签名。

I voluntarily take the College Foreign Language Examination (including CET-4 and CET-6, CET-3 and CET-AB), and hereby solemnly promise:

1. I firmly abide by the relevant registration regulations for the College Foreign Language Examination, and do not resort to deceit, forge or use false certificates or materials. If there is any violation, I will voluntarily accept the treatment according to the regulations.  

2.The personal information provided by me when registering for the examination is true, accurate and complete. If there are any errors, distortions or deficiencies in the personal information and resulting in adverse consequences, I shall bear the responsibility. 

3. I promise to resolutely obey the management of examination center staff and invigilators, and consciously abide by the examination discipline, I will not violate regulations or cheat. 

4. I have read and thoroughly understood the relevant regulations and discipline requirements of the College Foreign Language Examination. I am willing to consciously abide by these regulations in the examination and guarantee to take the examination according to the prescribed procedures and requirements. In case of any violation, I voluntarily accept the treatment according to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examination".
