Qualification Examination Form of Graduation Thesis (Design) Defense
Note: 1. This form should first be filled in by the instructor in the corresponding columnsand sent to the secondary college together with the graduation thesis (design) of the students. The college organizes the graduation thesis review teachers to fill in the corresponding columns, and then submit the form to the defense committee to examine whether the student can participate in the graduation thesis defense. The form should be stamped with the College Seal.
2. Print the front and back of this form.
